When I had signed up with Sahand, I was about 5 months out from my wedding in November, which is always a good way to motivate one to get their ass in shape! Sahand is easy to talk to, and makes workouts fun and interesting. He's extremely knowledgable in his field and helped me to recover from a knee injury I have been dragging around with me since high school in a matter of 2 weeks. He focuses on FULL-BODY workouts, not just focused areas, which I really like. He even helped me design a nutrition/meal plan to help me become a more healthy individual. He took the time to look at my profession in order to maximize my nutrition. Being an RN I have little time to eat and drink during a 12-hour shift, but he helped to find easy and quick ways to stay hydrated and eat healthy snacks to help me stay on track. Since working with Sahand, I feel stronger, have more balance and stability, no more knee pain (yay!), and have a healthier lifestyle. Losing some inches and overall weight here and there doesn't hurt either! I was nervous at first to work one on one with a trainer, but he made me feel comfortable right away. We never did the same work out more than once, which kept me on my feet, and his "bag of goodies" was never ending, always trying out new equipment and new and innovative ways to maximize and customize a workout.
